Villa San Michele in Anacapri will host the fourth concert of its summer music season. Performing on the panoramic terrace will be Swedish soprano Clarice Granado and pianist John Nalan.
Together, they will present a varied programme ranging from the music of Giacomo Puccini to works by Charles Gounod and George Gershwin, spanning Italian opera, the French repertoire and American musical theatre.

Swedish soprano Clarice Granado has built a career marked by leading roles and notable debuts. Her most recent engagements include Pamina in The Magic Flute at Folkoperan in Stockholm and Uppsala Stadsteater, Elsbeth in Offenbach’s Fantasio at Läckö Castle, and the roles of Crown Princess Louise and the young Selma in the world premiere of the new opera Selma, staged at Wermland Opera in 2026.

A winner of numerous awards from the age of twelve, John Nalan made his Carnegie Hall debut in 2010. His first appearance as a soloist with orchestra was with the Kyiv Philharmonic Orchestra in Ukraine. More recently, he has performed Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 20 at the Konzerthaus in Vienna and Liszt’s Totentanz with the Helsingborg Symphony Orchestra.

The concert season will continue, as usual, every Friday until 14 August, under the musical guidance of Bo Löfvendahl, with the support of Progetto Piano and under the patronage of the Embassy of Sweden.

Tickets can be purchased at the ticket office half an hour before the concert.
